#MINISTERS LICENCE IN WV LICENSE#
For all 3 way phone call, and Virginia DOC inperson weddings, the officiant must have the marriage license and payment prior to the day of the wedding! Byron Sichert is your officiant name and must be included with my phone number on the VA DOC inmate marriage request form, along with the fiancee name and phone number, and the requested date and time of the wedding, and the date and time must be approved by me before the counselor submits it to the warden. We also can perform short legal obligation marriage ceremonies in Spanish! My associates and I are honored that we perform the most Virginia and Maryland prison weddings! Also included is a ZOOM wedding after the inmate comes home at your location with the officiant at his location! Rev.
We will explain the process for Virginia and Maryland prison weddings when we talk to you! We perform non-religious, semi-religious, and Christian ceremonies. All Jessup prisons are in Anne Arundel County, except Patuxent which is in Howard County. Maryland requires the marriage license to be obtained in the county where the wedding is. Maryland currently is allowing inperson DPSCS prison weddings with the officiant present and the fee is $300 for all DPSCS facilities. Virginia State Prisons are allowing both phone and in-person weddings We do 2 way, and 3 Way phone call weddings, and Inperson weddings (Officiant on speaker phone) The fee for all Virginia DOC prison weddings is $100.(we don't have time to travel to VA DOC Prisons.)
